Mentoring System
As per the mandate of AICTE, Mentoring System is introduced in the college. All the faculties of respective departments are involved in this activity and they work as Mentor to their students (mentee). Mentor acts as an advisor and councilor to the assigned group of students.
They provide all types of support and professional guidance to the students wherever they require. This strengthens the bonds between the teachers and students and helps in understanding the aspiration and problems of students. This system has been found to be very effective for the students in achieving success in their career.
The Mentoring System also plays a crucial role in the overall personality development of students. Through regular interactions, mentors help mentees set academic and career goals, enhance their communication and leadership skills, and build confidence. The system also promotes a healthy academic environment where students feel comfortable sharing their concerns, leading to improved emotional well-being and academic performance.
