Diagnostic Test:

The Training & Placement Cell conducts a Diagnostic Test for all pre-final and final-year students as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the student’s placement readiness.

The primary objective of this test is to help students in identifying their current level of preparedness in core subjects, aptitude, logical reasoning, and communication skills, which are the key areas assessed by most recruiters during campus placements

The results of the diagnostic test serve as a tool for self-assessment and improvement.

Based on student’s performance, customized training sessions and workshops are organized to strengthen their weak areas and confidence level before actual placement drives begin.

We strongly encourage all eligible students to take this opportunity seriously and participate with full commitment.

Mock Placement Drive/Test:

The Training & Placement Cell is accountable for organizing a Mock Placement Drive/Test for all pre-final and final-year students as part of the career readiness initiative.

This simulated placement process is designed to give students a realistic experience of actual campus recruitment drives and help them to prepare effectively for the upcoming placement opportunities.

Purpose of the Mock Drive:
  1. Assessment of current level of preparedness
  2. Familiarization with the placement process (Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview)
  3. Identify strengths and areas for improvement
  4. Boost confidence and reduce interview anxiety

All participants receive individual feedback from mentor and expert to help them in improving their performance in real placement scenario.

We highly encourage every eligible student to participate and make the most of this opportunity to practice, learn, and grow.

These visits provide students with firsthand exposure to real-world industrial environments, enabling them to understand the functioning of various departments, production processes, and industry operations.

By interacting with professionals and observing workplace dynamics, students gain valuable insights into industry expectations, work culture, and technological advancements.

The Training and Placement Cell coordinates these visits to align with students’ academic disciplines, ensuring relevance and maximum learning. Such initiatives not only enhance theoretical knowledge but also help in developing a professional outlook, making students more industry-ready.

Internships:

The Training and Placement Cell facilitates internships as an essential part of student development, providing them with practical exposure to industry environments and real-time work experience.

By collaborating with leading companies and organizations, the cell ensures that students are placed in roles relevant to their academic background and career goals. These internships help students apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios, develop professional skills, and gain insights into industry standards and expectations.

The Training and Placement Cell also monitors and supports students throughout their internship period, ensuring a structured learning experience. This hands-on exposure not only enhances students’ employability but also prepares them to transition smoothly into full-time roles after graduation.
